Abouto the role

The Procurement Intern supports day-to-day procurement and sourcing activities, working closely with the procurement and merchandising teams to ensure smooth operational execution. This role offers hands-on exposure to supplier coordination, documentation, and procurement processes in a fast-paced environment, making it well-suited for a proactive individual eager to learn and build a strong foundation in procurement and supply chain operations.


Job Description

  • Work with suppliers and prepare Quotation file, align with merchandise team to ensure quotation follows merchandising requirement. 

  • Prepare necessary documents for shipment, and purchase orders, including PI, CI, PL, C/O, etc. 

  • Consistent on document quality delivery in a timely manner. 

  • Assist in expanding RHA supplier data basis. 

  • Support on supplier management. 

  • Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager. 

Requirements

Qualifications:  

  • 4th-year or senior university student in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Merchandise, or similar relevant fields.

  • Passion for the import-export industry and its best practices. 

 

Required skills:  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel for managing, analyzing, and interpreting project data.

  • Patient, detail-oriented, eager to learn and take on new challenges. 

  • Disciplined and responsible. 

  • Time management, well-organized with a customer-oriented approach. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, decision-oriented mindset.

  • Highly detail-oriented with organized, consistent working habits.

  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
