    Rockhill Asia does not operate its own factory. We work closely with direct factories in Vietnam and China for different kinds of product categories. Currently, we have 220 suppliers in Vietnam and 450 suppliers in China, have been actively working with us. How we choose our partnered factory: Experience: At least 10 years in the industry, with a proven track record in exporting. Social Compliance & Ethical Environment: We ensure our partners maintain high social compliance standards and ethical environments. This is achieved through certifications like BSCI, SMETA, and ICS. Industry-Specific Certifications: For specific product categories, we require additional certifications. For example: + Lighting: CE certification + Wood: FSC & COC certification + Electric Home Appliances: ROHS certification Product Techniques: + Ability to produce a diverse range of products and materials. + Expertise in specific areas like design, quality, or color dying. + Evaluate factory's strength and capability through factory visits, showroom visits, and trade fair participation in both Vietnam and China. + Sample production to rigorously assess quality firsthand. Direct Partnership: We only work directly with factories, eliminating intermediaries like trading companies. This rigorous selection process ensures we collaborate with reliable and qualified factories that meet our high standards for quality, ethics, and product expertise.
