To help business navigate the ever-changing sustainable procurement landscape, we offer an exclusive EUDR (European Union Deforestation Regulation) service, guiding businesses through Data Collection, Risk Assessment, and Risk Mitigation. Being among one of the few procurement outsourcing companies providing EUDR services underscores our commitment to going beyond traditional trading practices and serving as trusted partners in procurement.
Rockhill Asia does not operate its own factory. We work closely with direct factories in Vietnam and China for different kinds of product categories. Currently, we have 220 suppliers in Vietnam and 450 suppliers in China, have been actively working with us.
How we choose our partnered factory:
Experience: At least 10 years in the industry, with a proven track record in exporting.
Social Compliance & Ethical Environment: We ensure our partners maintain high social compliance standards and ethical environments. This is achieved through certifications like BSCI, SMETA, and ICS.
Industry-Specific Certifications: For specific product categories, we require additional certifications. For example:
+ Lighting: CE certification + Wood: FSC & COC certification + Electric Home Appliances: ROHS certification
Product Techniques:
+ Ability to produce a diverse range of products and materials. + Expertise in specific areas like design, quality, or color dying. + Evaluate factory's strength and capability through factory visits, showroom visits, and trade fair participation in both Vietnam and China. + Sample production to rigorously assess quality firsthand.
Direct Partnership: We only work directly with factories, eliminating intermediaries like trading companies.

Rockhill Asia is a Hong Kong-based company. While our headquarters are located in Hong Kong, we also have an office and showroom in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. When receiving a client inquiry, we don't simply connect you with any factory but meticulously audit and filter factories to find the best fit for their specific needs. We become your partner on the buyer's side, handling everything from shipment coordination and quality assurance (QA) to product development.
Factory Assessment: We assess potential partners based on pricing, certifications, and capabilities.
Technical File Development: Our merchandising team develops a detailed technical file outlining your product requirements.
Supplier Selection: The procurement team contacts 3 highly-qualified suppliers based on the technical file.
Final Proposal: We evaluate the proposals and select the factory with the most compelling offer to present to you, our client.
