About the Role

We are offering an opening for a Procurement and shipment Coordinator in our District 2 office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and sourcing high-quality home décor and household products from Vietnam and China. You will work closely with our merchandising team to ensure that our product offerings meet market demands and align with our supplier strategy. You will also work with suppliers and customers from product costing to order optimization and to shipment.

Your main duty: 

  • - Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

  • Collect and negotiate prices with suppliers and customers, and prepare quotation files.

  • Work with the merchandising team to ensure quotations follow merchandising requirements.

  • Place orders logically to optimize shipment and cost.

  • Follow up closely on order confirmation status and ensure correct pricing. Update order information on the system.

  • Prepare and verify shipment documentation: CI/PL/EUR1 etc.

  • Continue to expand RHA supplier data basis. Look for new suppliers and support on suppliers -management.

  • Work with the finance department to provide up-to-date documentation and figures.

  • Consistent on document/work quality delivery.

  • Take initiative to improve workflow and business performance.

  • Additional tasks related to orders and supplier management will be assigned by the line manager. 

Requirements

Your Attributes

  • English fluency is a must.

  • Minimum 01 year experience in relevant fields, preferable work experience from international trade, manufacturing export department, merchandising or sourcing. 

  • Bachelor degree major in logistic, supply chain, trade, business administration or English. 

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint. 

  • Attention to details, demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Highly organized and accountable. 

  • Curious learner and team player with a can-do attitude.
