About the Role
We are looking for a General Accountant to join our team at City Park, Do Xuan Hop Street, District 9. You will play a crucial role in driving our financial success. As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, from day-to-day accounting tasks to strategic financial planning.

Your main duty:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Monitor account balances and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Prepare and Analyze P&L Statements: Generate accurate profit and loss reports, track revenues and expenses, and provide insights on financial performance to improve profitability.
Assist in budgeting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, collaborate with departments for accurate data, and support audits and month-end closing processes.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with company guidelines and accounting standards. - Provide financial analysis and support to management as needed.
Perform month-end and year-end closing tasks, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. - Assist with audit preparations and respond to auditor inquiries.
Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Monitor budget variances and provide explanations for discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Prepare tax returns, reports, and related documentation.
Assist in the coordination of external tax audits.
Ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedures.
Assist in identifying areas for process improvements and recommend solutions.
Line Manager and provide training for Accounting subordinates.
Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Collaborate with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as needed.
Requirements
3+ years of experience working in financial management, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or theme park industry.
Proven excellent leadership and team management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Chief Accountant Certificate is required.
In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic financial planning.
